Before Applying:

- Schedule an initial advising meeting with program manager Rennie Mapp to complete the Student Progress Timeline.
- Discuss your application plans and Student Progress Timeline with your DGS or advisor.
What You Need To Apply:
- a one-page statement of purpose
- a resume or CV
- a PDF of your transcript (unofficial is acceptable)
- a completed Student Progress Template form, as filled out in your intake advising session with Rennie Mapp
Admission Process:
- Use this link to apply.
- The DH Certificate Faculty Advisory Committee will notify students of their admission status by November 1.
- Newly admitted Certificate students will be assigned a member of the Faculty Advisory Committee for one-on-one advising and mentorship purposes.
