Zheng Zhao holds a dual appointment as a Research Scientist at the School of Data Science and in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. Zhao’s research interests include bioinformatics, computational biology, computational chemistry, and drug design and discovery.
Prior to joining the School of Data Science in 2018, Zhao was an Associate Professor at the High Magnetic Field Laboratory in Hefei City, China.
Zhao holds a PH.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of Science and Technology in China and a B.S. in Chemistry from Wuhan University.
