The eagerly awaited new home of the School of Data Science is set to unveil its state-of-the-art facility in April 2024. The final installations and finishes are underway, including the rooftop canopy where 150 steel louvers are being individually welded into place. Once installed, the louvers will span the entire 100-foot fourth-floor terrace overlooking the reservoir pond and the intersection of Emmet Street and Ivy Road. Their aesthetic appeal ties into the steel framework incorporated throughout the building while also facilitating ventilation, airflow, and sunlight control.
