MSDS Program Coding Project Demo

Join us for an inside look at a real coding project from our MSDS programs. 
Discover how our rigorous, technical curriculum comes to life in both the MSDS Online and MSDS Residential tracks.

Ryan Dallas, a current MSDS residential student, will provide a demonstration from the Data Pipelines course.  From asking a research question and defining scope, he will show web-scraping with beautifulsoup, data manipulation/cleaning, and visualization.  He will tie in encouragement of curiosity, questions about ethics, and how these topics relate to the life of an MSDS student.
