In this challenge, student innovators are asked to create digital solutions that tackle complex social challenges that can involve accessibility, healthcare, education, housing, jobs, technology, sustainability, and the environment.
These social challenges are shaped by a range of interrelated factors, including socioeconomic conditions, policies, and systemic influences. Not-for-profit organizations, government entities, the commercial sector and other groups play important roles in addressing these issues.
Your task is to develop a technical solution using your skills in programming, AI, ML, data visualization, and application development to support efforts addressing a societal challenge. Given the complexity of these issues, consider the feasibility and adoptability of your solution: How will people use it? Is it easy to understand and interact with? How accessible is it to those who need it?
Potential end users include stakeholders such as nonprofits, government agencies, and businesses across sectors like healthcare, education, environment, housing, accessibility, employment, technology, and sustainability.
