Why pursue a Ph.D. in Data Science?
I wanted to join an interdisciplinary Ph.D. program where I could both learn and excel in data-driven approaches, while also leveraging my strength in human-centered design. I studied in a mixed academic field during my undergraduate and graduate studies, and I have worked as a UX designer for the past three and a half years. I aspire to explore the intersection of human-centered design, AI, and data science to make an impact on real-world AI products and services.
