Rebecca is the director of impact and applied learning in the Office of Community Affairs and Applied Learning. In this role, she connects community priorities with faculty research and expertise. She also teaches an undergraduate seminar, "Child Welfare: Policy, Practice and Impact," in partnership with multiple community leaders. Rebecca previously spent 15 years in public health program, policy and leadership roles for local, state and federal agencies. She holds a B.A. from Boston University and an M.P.A. from the London School of Economics.
