Board term: 2023-present
Jennifer Langton is a strategic executive and advisor with a career spanning finance, technology, and innovation. As Founder and CEO of Jennifer Langton Inc., she advises CEOs and boards on future-ready operating models, responsible AI adoption, and the intersection of leadership and data. A frequent speaker on innovation, she focuses on translating complex technological shifts into sustainable growth and measurable real-world impact, guided by the CTG Blueprint™.
During her tenure as Senior Vice President of Player Health and Innovation at the NFL, Jennifer co-created and championed the Digital Athlete in partnership with AWS. A landmark application of machine learning, the Digital Athlete is redefining injury prediction and prevention in professional sports—work that earned the 2025 Best in Athlete Performance Technology recognition from Sports Business Journal. She also led a $60M engineering roadmap that delivered position-specific helmets designed to reduce head impact. Together, both projects contributed to a historic 25% multi-year concussion reduction and the lowest number of concussions on record in 2024. For these breakthroughs, AWS recognized her as one of the "Women of the Cloud" and featured her in its Power Players Series.
Jennifer previously served as Vice President of Finance for Business Ventures at the NFL, where she architected data-driven commercial strategies, including a digital RFP that generated a 220% revenue increase and secured the league’s first $1B apparel portfolio. Her earlier experience includes serving as CFO of Atari, where she restored profitability to the $150M business through financial restructuring, as well as leadership roles across media, marketing, and advisory firms.
A passionate advocate for health and education, Jennifer serves on the Katz Women’s Institute advisory board at Northwell Health. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where she was a Division I lacrosse athlete. In 2020, she was honored on National Girls and Women in Sports Day for "Breaking Down Barriers" as a UVA athlete. To support the next generation of leaders, she established the Jennifer Langton Bicentennial Scholars Fund at UVA, dedicated to supporting female student-athletes.
