Philip Waggoner is the Director of Data Science at YouGov America, and an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University (Analytics and Public Policy), Northwestern University (Data Science), and the University of Virginia (Data Science). He is also a research scholar at the Institute for Social and Economic Research and Policy at Columbia University, where he has the pleasure of working closely with Robert Y. Shapiro. Prior to entering industry as a practicing data scientist, he was a member of the graduate computational social science faculty at the University of Chicago.
