Q: What are you particularly interested in learning about data science?
A: I'm interested in many areas of data science, such as computer vision and machine learning, but I am most interested in learning when and how to effectively and responsibly apply such methods to solve real-world problems.
Q: How do you hope to use data science in a future career?
A: In my future career, I hope to use data science to help others. While I don't know exactly what that career will look like, some fields of interest include data journalism, public health, history.
Q: What is a fun fact about yourself?
A: Last fall, I interned in the Yosemite National Park Archives, where I worked on digitizing the park's historic photo collection.
