Q: What are you particularly interested in learning about data science?
A: I'm curious to learn machine learning and predictive modeling that can be applied to real-world questions of interest. Additionally, I'm looking forward to learning how to convey insights and findings derived from technical data science principles in order to educate decision making.
Q: How do you hope to use data science in a future career?
A: One interest of mine is to branch out and enter the biomedical space - specifically in single-cell cancer genomics. Due to my background in technology + software, I'm also considering re-entering the customer experience industry through a different lens and with an entirely new skillset.
